White Chocolate Ice

This is what happens when Lake Erie freezes a thin-ish layer and then thaws enough for the waves to take over and then freezes again.

On Groundhog Day I took some scraps out to the bluff for the varmints and these shards-o-ice made up the shoreline as far as I could see to the west and the east.
