I love how the lake is continually changing. A few hours after I took this, it was completely gone but reformed into part of the wall of ice and snow that the waves pushed in toward the shore.

Imagine a 4’x6′ ice block sculpture with a fire on the inside, slowly melting and continuously making its very own natural sculpture as the fire intensifies and the ice ….oh wait, you don’t have to imagine it, this is what it looked like.
